Onsite Implementation Training

Of equal importance to the implementation of a solution, is the training and documentation that should be handed over to the customer as part of the project. Through our on-site implementation training program Global Storage empowers the customer to take ownership and provide the basic day-to-day support for their site.

Global Storage trains selected members of your IT team to take this level 1 responsibility in-house. Working closely with the customer we are then able to customise an advanced support plan to suit the specific requirements of your organisation.

Customised Training

Global Storage offers customised training programs for IT and non-IT staff structured around your custom training requirements. Training can either be carried out at our training centre or at your organisation's location.

Global Storage also provides educational seminars on key technologies and their impact on business. This training is specifically tailored to IT Managers and Business Managers, who are particularly focused on leveraging IT for their businesses.

Vendor Training

Global Storage is able to organise direct Vendor training for specific products, and technologies. A list of vendor training programs and course dates can be obtained by calling the Global Storage Training Services Manager.
